Mazak Optonics HyperGear 2D laser offers a wide variety of automatic features that reduces operator workload, providing optimum productivity and quality. The automatic setup features allow the machine to go from ultra-thin to thick sheet including painted galvanized sheet plate with minimum direct operator involvement.
HyperGear can automatically change its own torch, lens, nozzle and beam mode, so you’ll always use the ideal setup for every cutting application. And, it takes only seconds.
Manually, it might take 10 minutes to change a torch. But, is the operator always available at the right time? Or does your profit-generating machine sit idle even longer for a setup change? With HyperGear you can even use a special torch just for piercing. HyperGear can also find the focal point and self-center the nozzle. This means no more blue flame focusing and nozzle centering tape tests.
