V550-1 CNC controlled system
The V550 Punching and shearing system is a modular system for processing flats and angles.
The basic model of the V550-1 punching and shearing system consists of an infeed system, a hydraulic punching machine and a hydraulic flat steel shear.
In our series of the V550 punching and shearing systems, the V550-1 is the basic system. This steel construction machine is provided with a 100 ton vertical punching machine with a single punch, suitable for punching flat steel, centre point marking is also possible. The V550-1 punching and shearing system is provided with a hydraulic shear for cutting flat steel. The steel shear capacity is 220 ton. This steel punching and shearing system is, just like the V550-4, equipped with a single disc numbering unit for the numbering of flat steel and angle steel.
V550-4 CNC controlled machine
The V550 Punching / shearing machine is a modular system for processing flats and angles.
The V550-4 is a more complete machine, which is capable of punching and shearing of flats and angles (optional). The punching machine is executed with four punching tools and has a capacity of 100 ton. The V550-4 punching and shearing machine is equipped with a hydraulic shear for the cutting of flat steel and a hydraulic shear for cutting angles (option). Just like the V550-1 the V550-4 is provided with a single numbering unit.
V550-10 CNC Punching/Shearing Line
The V550-10 punching/shearing line is the most comprehensive punching and shearing line from the V550-series. The vertical punching machine of the V550-10 is fitted with 10 punches and 20 dies. For cutting flats, the punching and shearing line is fitted with a mitre cutting shear. The machine is also equipped with a hydraulic numbering unit, which imprint 4 characters at the same time. As an optional extra the system can also process angles.
V505-1 Punching and Shearing Angles
The V505-1 is the basic execution of the V505 Series. For automatically positioning of angle profiles the machine is equipped with feeder rolls. The features of this measuring system include a high positioning speed and an unlimited processed out feed length. The machine is fitted with a pair of punching units, one for each leg of the angle, each with a single punch. The punching units are provided with a quick-change adapter, so the punch tools can be changed quickly.
V505-3 Processing Angle Steel
Due to both punching units of the V505-3 being fitted with a triple punch station this punching and shearing system is a very flexible system. The V505-3 is highly recommended for producing angle steel especially for transmission towers. For the positioning of angles the V505-3 is, just like the V505-1, executed with a measuring system with feeder rolls. The features of this measuring system include a high positioning speed and an unlimited processed out feed length.
