The V600 drilling system is a compact drill system for drilling of profiles. Because of the use of a fixed drilling table the machine is perfectly suited for steel construction companies with limited floor space.
The horizontal drilling unit is assembled in a mobile drilling cabin that moves along the side the drilling table. Holes can be drilled through both flanges/sides or by rotating a profile it is possible to drill the material on all sides. The system can also carry out thread tapping.
CNC controlled drilling system V603
The V603 is a robust drilling system with 3 drilling heads, which makes it possible to drill simultaneously in the web and flanges of the profile. In combination with the servo controlled feed of the drilling units and the high drilling capacity this machine can produce the required products very efficiently. It’s also possible with all three drilling units to place centre point marks and carry out thread tapping.
For the positioning of the steel profiles this drilling system can be provided with feeder rolls or with a feeder truck.
CNC controlled drilling system V613
The V613 is a flexible beam drill system with one rotating drilling unit. In this way the profiles can be drilled horizontally and vertically with 1 rotating drill unit. The profiles beam drill system is provided with an automatic tool changer with a magazine for 2 x 5 drills on each side. Due to this the profiles can be drilled fully automatically with several different diameters.
For positioning of the steel profiles the beam drill system can be supplied with a feeder rolls or with a feeder truck
CNC controlled drilling system V630
The V630 Drilling system is a CNC controlled production machine for drilling steel beams, consisting of one vertical and two horizontal drilling units. It is possible to drill profiles simultaneous vertically as well as horizontally.
Combined with a horizontal mitre cutting band sawing machine, drilling and sawing profiles can be performed in one continuous motion. A numbering unit can also be added to the processing line to imprint marks.
